On 10 May 2025, Yokine Reserve came alive with the very first Banh Mi Festival, a celebration of Vietnam’s most iconic street food. Presented by Food Hub Central Events, the festival featured over 30 food trucks each serving up their own unique take on the banh mi — from traditional favourites to creative new twists. Festival producer Bec Nguyen curated the central marketplace, showcasing nearly 30 stalls filled with local produce, toys, jewellery, preloved goods and artisan creations.
The day brought together food lovers, families and the wider community to celebrate Vietnamese culture and cuisine, while also providing a platform for small businesses and makers to shine. From the roar of the lion dance to the buzz of the “Best Banh Mi” competition, the festival was packed with energy, flavour and community spirit.
