Founded in 2018 by Bec and Hayley, Inglewood Upmarket quickly became one of Perth’s first dedicated preloved marketplaces — born from the simple idea of having too many clothes and wanting to create a community space for recycling, re-wearing and reducing waste. Over the years, it has grown into a much-loved biannual event, held every Autumn and Spring in Inglewood Town Square, bringing together stallholders, music, food and families in celebration of sustainability and local enterprise.
In 2022, the Upmarket expanded with a brand-new initiative: the KIDS TAKEOVER Inglewood Upmarket. Designed especially for young stallholders aged 7–14, the takeover gives kids the chance to run their own stalls, sell preloved or handmade goods, and build confidence in creativity, business and entrepreneurship.
